Polar Cloud for Bambu Lab 3D Printers
Polar Cloud connects to Bambu Lab printers through the free Polar3D Bridge, or through our Agent, built with Bambu Lab on their official SDK. Run a lab of Bambu printers, or mix them with other brands, and manage them all from one dashboard.

Connect Your Bambu Lab Printer
Before you start, have your Polar Cloud Username (the email you sign in with) and PIN handy. Both are in Account Settings.
Polar3D Bridge (Mac, Windows, or Linux)
The easiest way to get started, and the most flexible. Runs on Mac, Windows, or Linux and handles mixed fleets.
- Download and install the free Polar3D Bridge on any Mac, Windows, or Linux computer on the same network as your printer.
- Add your printer in the Bridge and link it to your Polar Cloud account.
- Your printer appears in your Polar Cloud dashboard, ready to slice, print, and monitor.
Polar3D for Bambu Lab Agent (Windows)
Built with Bambu Lab on their official SDK. Choose the Agent if your printers sit behind a Bambu Lab Fleet Hub: it talks to the Hub, which finds every printer for you.
- Download and install the Polar3D for Bambu Lab Agent.
- Open the Agent and sign in with your Polar Cloud Username and PIN.
- Make sure your Bambu Lab printer is on the same network as the PC. The Agent detects it automatically.
- Your printer appears in your Polar Cloud dashboard, ready to print.
X1Plus community firmware (X1 Carbon, advanced)
X1 Carbon owners running the community X1Plus firmware can connect without a separate computer. This is an advanced setup; follow the guide closely.
- Follow the X1Plus connection guide to link your X1 Carbon to Polar Cloud.

Bambu Lab + Polar Cloud FAQ
- How do Bambu Lab printers connect to Polar Cloud?
- Through the free Polar3D Bridge on Mac, Windows, or Linux, or the Polar3D for Bambu Lab Agent on Windows. X1 Carbon owners can also use the community X1Plus firmware.
- Should I use the Bridge or the Agent?
- Most people start with the Bridge: it is the easiest to set up and runs on any computer on your network. If your printers sit behind a Bambu Lab Fleet Hub, use the Agent, which connects through the Hub so there is no per-printer setup.
- Can I manage Bambu Lab printers alongside other brands?
- Yes. Polar Cloud is brand-agnostic, so Bambu Lab printers sit in the same dashboard, queues, and classes as your Flashforge, Dremel, Prusa, or Elegoo printers.
- Is Polar Cloud free?
- Yes. The Hobbyist tier is free forever for single users. Schools use the Education tier for student privacy, rosters, and shared queues. See pricing.
