Polar3D for Bambu Lab Agent

Bring your Bambu Lab fleet into the Polar Cloud. The Agent runs on Windows and connects your printers through the official Bambu SDK — the most direct, fully supported way to manage Bambu hardware in the cloud. It also works with Bambu Lab Fleet Hub, which finds every printer for you and removes per-printer setup entirely.

Online in Three Steps.

No firmware flashing, no hardware mods, no network wizardry.

1

Install the Agent

Download and install the Agent on a Windows PC on the same network as your Bambu Lab printers — or as your Fleet Hub.

2

Sign In & Discover

Log in with your Polar Cloud account, then let the Agent automatically discover the Bambu Lab printers on your network — or point it at an IP range for locked-down labs.

3

Print From Anywhere

Your Bambu Lab printers appear in your Polar Cloud dashboard — queue jobs, monitor progress, and manage your fleet from any browser.

Built on the Official Bambu SDK.

No reverse-engineered hacks. The Agent talks to your printers the way Bambu Lab intended, so it stays reliable as firmware evolves.

🖨️

Full Fleet Management

Manage every connected Bambu Lab printer alongside the rest of your fleet — queues, permissions, usage tracking, and job history in one dashboard.

📡

Live Monitoring

Watch print progress and status remotely. Students and teams see their jobs move through the queue without crowding the printer.

🏫

Lab Ready

Combine with Polar Cloud's rosters, approvals, and permissions so an entire class can share a handful of Bambu Lab printers safely.

No Access Codes. No Developer Mode.

If your printers sit behind a Bambu Lab Fleet Hub, the Agent talks to the Hub instead of to each printer — and the per-printer setup that usually eats an IT afternoon disappears.

Architecture diagram: Bambu Lab printers connect to the Fleet Hub over MQTTS and mTLS. The Polar3D Agent, running on an always-on Windows PC, reaches the Hub over a local REST API on port 8888. Printers, Hub, and Agent all sit on premise; the Agent makes the only connection that leaves the network, outbound to polar3d.com. The Fleet Hub itself needs no outbound internet access.
🔑

One Certificate, Not Thirty

Generate a single certificate from Bambu Lab's developer panel and upload it to the Agent. No collecting an Access Code, serial number, Developer Mode, or LAN Mode setting from every machine.

🔍

Every Printer, Found for You

The Hub reports its printers automatically. You pick which ones to connect, and they behave exactly like printers added directly — nothing to pre-pair beforehand.

🔒

The Hub Stays Offline

The Agent reaches the Hub over your local network only. The Hub needs no outbound internet access after activation, so its isolation stays intact.

Full feature parity with a direct connection — camera feeds, job submission, and pause or cancel all work the same. The Agent still runs on a Windows PC and must stay running to maintain the connection.
